These grades are formulation ingredients. They are not finished crop-protection products. Pesticide registration, residue and label claims belong to the formulator. Dyna Glycols will not invent an FSSAI, CIB or EPA status for a surfactant lot.
How Dyna Glycols manufactures agro chemicals
Castor oil ethoxylates, fatty alcohol ethoxylates, alkyl phenol ethoxylates, PEG esters, polysorbates and neem oil ethoxylates are run on the Kandla alkoxylation and esterification plants. Glyceryl monooleate, butyl stearate and PEG 200–600 are finished as solvents and diluents. Sodium and potassium carbamates are listed as broad-spectrum mill biocides, fungicides and algaecides for industrial water and formulation preservation — specify the duty on the enquiry.
An herbal neem-oil ethoxylate is offered as an APEO-free emulsifier path. It is not a drop-in for NP-10. Run a paired EC bloom and emulsion-stability trial.

Where agro chemicals are used
EC and EW packs use a blend of a mid-HLB ethoxylate and a higher-HLB PEG ester or polysorbate to hold the solvent-oil phase. Castor 40 EO is a common solubiliser. Alcohol 16 EO and NP-10 type grades wet and emulsify mineral and vegetable solvents.
GMO and butyl stearate act as oily solvents and spreading aids, not as primary emulsifiers. PEG 200–600 is a polar co-solvent. Carbamates are specified separately from the emulsifier package.
How to specify agro chemicals
Send the solvent or oil phase, required HLB or cloud point, APEO policy, bloom and emulsion-stability tests, and whether the pack is EC, EW, SC or a wetter. For carbamates, name sodium vs potassium and the % active, plus the system (formulation, cooling tower, mill water).
If matching a competitor NP-10 or castor 40 EO, attach moles, cloud point and hydroxyl or SAP from that TDS.
Quality, documents and supply
Lots are released against the identity tests on the TDS. SDS and COA follow verification. Emulsion stability must be checked in the customer solvent blend, not only in xylene.
Store liquids above pour point. Protect carbamate solutions from frost where water is the solvent. Follow the SDS for handling and transport class.
Practical notes on agro chemicals
APEO alkyl phenol ethoxylates remain catalogue items for industrial agro concentrates that still specify them. Several markets restrict APEO. Say so on the first enquiry.

Neem oil ethoxylate changes odour and colour versus a fatty alcohol ethoxylate of similar HLB. Accept that in the pack brief or do not order it as a silent substitute.
Carbamate biocides are not surfactant wetters. Do not dose them as an emulsifier. Confirm the receiving mill or formulator still permits that chemistry.

Once a trial lot is approved, freeze moles, cloud point and solvent identity so later drums match the evaluation.
