Toll campaigns and custom molecules
The same reactors run catalogue grades and customer campaigns. Use toll manufacturing when the brief is volume, secrecy, pack and pilot-before-plant on a named hydrophobe. Use custom synthesis of ethoxylates and esters when the molecule itself — moles, EO/PO architecture or ester stoichiometry — is the open question. Intermediate points next to a published card are covered under custom moles.
Approve a laboratory sample against a frozen TDS before a bulk campaign is booked. Start from the sample form with hydrophobe, oxide or acid–alcohol pair, analytical window and annual volume.
