How we control quality

  • Quality is treated as a production requirement. Grades are manufactured and released only after the agreed tests.
  • QA laboratories run 24/7 alongside the plant. Chemists work in three shifts on raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods.
  • Laboratories are equipped with GC, Karl Fischer, viscometers, colorimeters, stability testers and related instruments.
  • QC records are kept in paper and electronic form. Instruments are calibrated and maintained to ISO practice.

Quality policy

  • We strive for continual improvement of products, processes and systems for customers, suppliers, employees and other interested parties.
  • We supply cost-effective, specified products with agreed delivery and service.
  • Organisational objectives are pursued through employee involvement.
  • Decisions are based on data so improvement and growth stay measurable.

Yes. QC records are kept in paper and electronic form so a production lot can be compared with the TDS used at evaluation.

Continual improvement of products, processes and systems; supply of specified products with agreed delivery; employee involvement; and decisions based on data so improvement stays measurable.

That is the intent when the purchase specification lists identity tests — hydroxyl value, saponification, acid value, cloud point, pH, water, colour — rather than only a local trade name. Write the test method if it differs from the TDS.

Use the documents form and name the grade and, if allocated, the lot number. COA is lot-specific; TDS covers typical properties.
