Document requests may also include lot number, destination market and intended use. We use this only to verify the request, reply, and keep a record of commercial or EHS correspondence.
The site also stores a short-lived session cookie so form security tokens work, and a theme/language preference in your browser if you use those controls.
Cookies, analytics and translation
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-5VQKLK7KR5) records anonymous or pseudonymous usage such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source so we can improve the catalogue. Google Translate may set a language cookie if you choose a language other than English. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the catalogue will still work.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell enquiry lists.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are retained as business correspondence for as long as needed to supply samples, documents or a quotation, and thereafter in line with ordinary commercial record-keeping. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings for the property.
