Samples are issued to identified companies for laboratory or plant evaluation. The form is short on purpose. The details that slow a request are usually missing application, missing destination, or a product name that does not match a grade. What helps
- Product family and, if known, the exact grade or the INCI / chemical name.
- Industry and process step — for example denim wetting, agro emulsifiable concentrate, or leather fatliquor.
- Pack size and whether you also need SDS and TDS with the sample.
- A work email and company name we can verify.
Documents with the sample
You can request a laboratory sample together with SDS and TDS in one step. COA is lot-specific; if a commercial lot has not been allocated, we send typical TDS data first and the COA with the production batch. Do not hold laboratory work until a COA exists: typical properties are what the plant will manufacture to.
What happens after you submit
The company is verified, the grade is mapped onto the catalogue or a custom mole, and the sample is packed from a retained or production lot. Incomplete destination or missing application is the usual reason a request waits. A work email is required so the SDS can be sent to the same organisation that will handle the chemical.
What we need for a custom mole
If the sample is not a catalogue point, include the hydrophobe or acid–alcohol pair, target EO moles or cloud point, and the tests the receiving QC laboratory will run. Pilot alkoxylation or esterification is available before the main reactor is used. Once that trial is approved, the TDS should be frozen so later bulk matches the sample you evaluated.
